The request is made within 7 days of purchase.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Work has already been initiated or completed.
Refund request after 7 days of purchase.
Custom packages and digital strategy plans already delivered.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email your request to admin@hankiesmarketing.com with your order number and reason. We will respond within 2 business days.
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
